Cassie and Christine—founders and designers of the paper goods company I’ll Know It When I See It—came to Flipside because they’d outgrown their tired wedding invitation brand. Their product line and messaging had evolved to include all sorts of greeting cards, wine tags, journals, and calendars. They had a unique ask: execute a rebrand that would not only inform the design of their new marketing collateral, but their products, too.
My role as Flipside’s art director involved conceptualizing the brand’s logo, submarks, tagline, colour palette, and social media imagery. To support C+C in the design of their new product line, we authored photo and social strategy documents, as well as a detailed brand guidelines book which explains how to use all the pieces together.
